The Founders

noQMall was built by a team of passionate entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity to create a global-quality marketplace rooted in Indian sensibilities. With a deep belief in craftsmanship, customer-first thinking, and community-driven growth, we set out to redefine online retail experiences.

Khargeswar Baro (Director) — Ex Army, Retired Banker, and fitness icon. He drives the team with a customer-first ideology, resilience, and a never-give-up spirit that reflects both in business and in fitness.

Tagar Choudhury Baro (Director) — Leads user experience and in-house operations management, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects noQMall's commitment to quality and seamless service.

Violina Bayan (Additional Director) — Ex Banker, Content Creator, and Environmentalist. She drives eco-friendly initiatives and motivates the team to create impact beyond business through conscious and responsible actions.

Pranab A Baro (Entrepreneur) — The man behind noQMall's in-house activewear brand PAB, built on the belief that growth happens when effort and intent move together. A runner and tech-driven entrepreneur, he leads the platform's technical and digital strategy while shaping PAB around real training needs, not trends. The brand's core line — "PAB // Sync. Sweat. Evolve." — reflects his philosophy of discipline, consistency, and constant evolution.
